The hotel is divided into two towers; City Tower and Harbour Tower. The hotel Reception for check in and check out is situated in the Harbour Tower.

The first number in the room number refers to the floor number. The following two numbers refer to which tower of the hotel the room is situated. Rooms ending on the numbers from 00 to 60 are situated in the Harbour Tower. Rooms ending on the numbers from 61 to 99 are situated in the City Tower.

Parking is available in the car park beneath the hotel.

Prices: DKK 195 per day / DKK 45 per hour

On the 1st floor in the Harbour Tower. Computers and a printer are available.

Ambassadors of the city happy to recommend you exquisite local restaurants, hidden gems or to make arrangements to make your stay more memorable.

Only permitted outside the hotel. Please use the ashtrays at the main entrance. Violation of our smoking policy (including smoking on the fire escape) is fined by DKK 1500.

Opening hours for the pool:

Sunday – Thursday: 7AM – 8PM

Friday – Saturday: 7AM – 10PM

Opening hours for fitness:

06AM – 10PM

Large changing rooms with towels free of charge.

NB. Children must be diaper-free to use the pool. Swim diapers and swim pants are not allowed. In case of a fecal accident the pool will remain closed for 24 hours while being cleaned and disinfected. We kindly advise you not to frequent our public areas in swimwear.
